What is your service area?
Starsky Computers predominantly services Eastern Melbourne. Please view our service area page, from the link on the left information menu, for more details. Customers outside the service will be charged $5 per excess kilometer, on top of the service fee.
What are your business hours?
Starsky Computers business hours are from 9am till 7pm Monday - Friday. Some weekend work is done per staff availability. After hours support will incur a charge of $30
How much do your charge?
All servics are charged a flat rate of $65/h. Our common services are rate capped at a maximum of 3 hours. This gives our customers better value. Any hardware sales are quoted on an as-needs basis.
Do you offer remote support?
Remote support is not offered as a standalone service. It can, however, be used to follow up on-site service requests and to help solve difficult computing issues.
What if my problem isn't covered by your services?
Chances are we can still help. Many unique technology problems can be supported by our consulting service. Your best option is to contact us so we can discuss your needs.
Do you have a shop or an office I can come to?
No. In order to reduce overhead and stay competitive, we operate out of a private office. We are primarily a servicing company that performs our services remotely or at the customer's location; so there's no need for a store front.
